Contact the Editors and Send Corrections
Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. Include the page you are correcting and the provider URL that contradicts it, and the card will be re-checked against that source and updated with a new checked date.

Corrections
Send the page, the field, and a provider URL that contradicts what we published. The editorial policy sets out what counts as a source. That last part matters more than it sounds. This index fills cards from provider pages, so a correction pointing at one can be verified in a minute, while a correction asserting a different number cannot be acted on at all.
Corrected cards get a new checked date and an entry in the change list on the page, so the fix is visible to anyone who read the old version.
For providers
The fastest way to improve your position here is to publish more. Several scores in this index are held down by silence rather than by a bad product, and the disclosure figure on every card is a direct measurement of how much a provider states in public.
If you publish a conversion rate, a payout schedule, or your merchant verification requirements, tell us where and the card is updated with the source attached. The methodology page shows how each field feeds the score, and the catalogue shows where your card sits today.
What we cannot help with
Support problems with a provider. This site has no relationship that lets it escalate a frozen account, a delayed settlement, or a failed payment, and a payment stuck in the wrong network needs the provider’s support desk rather than a catalogue.
Investment questions. Nothing here is financial advice, and the index takes no position on any asset it lists.
Questions merchants ask
How do I report a wrong figure?
Email the editor with the page, the field, and the provider URL that shows the correct value. Corrections backed by a provider's own page are handled fastest because they need no adjudication.
I run one of these providers. Can I update my card?
Publish the information and tell us where. We fill cards from your public pages rather than from correspondence, so anything you publish can go straight in with a source.
Will you add my provider to the index?
If there is enough public documentation to fill a card honestly, yes. Providers that publish almost nothing cannot be covered well, and covering them badly would mislead readers.
