SpectroCoin vs CoinsPaid

Two Estonian-registered processors with broad coverage and fiat settlement, one of which publishes a rate. CoinsPaid charges 0.5%, has traded since 2014 and integrates with SoftSwiss. Каждая строка — один критерий на общей шкале 0–10. Расстояние между точками — расхождение; там, где они совпадают, провайдеры оценены одинаково. Веса опубликованы на странице методики и меняют этот порядок, когда вы меняете их.

One number decides most of this page#

CoinsPaid publishes 0.5% on processing. SpectroCoin publishes no merchant processing rate at all, on any page.

The second card is not silent generally. It publishes card deposits at 2.99%, SWIFT at 0.25% with a twenty-five euro minimum, Skrill at 5.50% in and 4.00% out, and free bank transfers both ways.

Forensic detail about a consumer wallet, and nothing about what a business pays to accept a payment. That is a stranger position than publishing nothing at all.

Both are Estonian and both name themselves#

One is Spectro Finance OU with a published company code, alongside entities in the British Virgin Islands and Panama. The other is an Estonian operator trading since 2014.

Naming the offshore entities is more transparent than omitting them, and it raises the question of which one signs the contract and which holds the balance.

At a group with several companies those are frequently different, and the answer matters most exactly when something has gone wrong.

Fifty assets counted against a list not counted#

One publishes fifty or more cryptocurrencies and names no networks. The other names Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, BNB Chain and Litecoin and publishes no count.

Those are opposite halves of the same disclosure. A count without chains says nothing about what a payment costs the payer; chains without a count say nothing about breadth.

The counted card also contradicts itself, stating both forty and fifty on the same page. A headline that cannot stay consistent is not one to price a contract from.

Settlement is the shared strength#

One settles into dollars, euros, sterling or a local currency with the rate fixed at the point of sale, and states that bank withdrawals are free. The other documents fiat settlement without publishing its cost.

Free bank withdrawals in four currencies is genuinely good and better than most of this index. It is also the one place where the card with no rate publishes something useful about money leaving.

For a cross-border merchant that flexibility is worth real money, and it partly offsets the missing acceptance figure.

Product surface favours one side heavily#

Mass payouts, white label and point of sale are documented on one card. On the other, all three are recorded as unpublished, along with invoicing and recurring billing.

Eleven of nineteen fields blank is the lowest disclosure figure across all thirty-five providers in this index. The other publishes thirteen.

That gap measures the providers rather than the research. Every field was looked for on the provider's own pages and came back empty.

Vertical experience against general breadth#

SoftSwiss appears among the integrations on one card, which is igaming infrastructure and says where that provider's demand originates.

The other names no integrations of any kind, so the storefront path is unknown before contact.

An igaming or high-risk operator has one obvious option here. A general ecommerce business has neither, and should look at the providers with maintained plugins instead.

Neither states its verification#

Both record merchant verification as undisclosed after checking. For a provider serving igaming that matters more, since those verticals are the ones most often refused elsewhere.

For a European merchant in an ordinary vertical the silence is less consequential and no more informative.

Lead with the question in either case. It can close a conversation, and finding that out early costs one email.

How the totals separate#

Cost does most of the work, at twenty-five weight, and one card has nothing to score. Coverage runs the other way on the published fifty.

Support and integrations both favour the priced card, and the totals separate by two points, which is a wide margin for two providers with this much in common.

Neither is a high scorer. This is a comparison between a mid-table card and one near the bottom of the index on disclosure.

What to ask each of them#

To the unpriced card: the merchant processing rate and the conversion spread, plus which of the three named entities holds the balance.

To the priced card: the enumerated asset list and the conversion spread, both recorded as unpublished after checking.

To both: settlement timing and the bank rails used, because that is where a published free-withdrawal claim either holds or quietly acquires a condition.

Where this pair actually lands#

An igaming or high-risk operator takes the priced card and gets a rate, a vertical fit and a documented product surface.

A merchant whose priority is settling into four bank currencies at no withdrawal cost has a reason to ask the other for a quotation, and should treat it as a shortlist entry rather than a decision.

A merchant who needs a number this week should take the one that published it, because the other's entire evaluation happens over email.

Two Estonian cards, two different silences#

One withholds the merchant rate while publishing a consumer fee table in forensic detail. The other publishes a rate and withholds the asset count, invoicing and recurring billing.

Reading the blanks rather than the totals is the useful exercise here, because the fields each keeps back point at different businesses and different buyers.

A shop wants the rate and a marketplace wants the catalogue. Neither provider gives both, and neither gap closes without an email.

Вопросы, которые задают мерчанты

Why does SpectroCoin have no rate on its card?

Because it publishes none. Its fee page covers consumer deposits and withdrawals in detail — cards at 2.99%, SWIFT at 0.25% — and omits the merchant processing line entirely.

Which settles into more currencies?

SpectroCoin, which states settlement in dollars, euros, sterling or a local currency with free bank withdrawals. CoinsPaid documents fiat settlement without naming currencies or publishing a cost.
